I tend to avoid clothes that have detailing over the boob area, because that's not an area I want to emphasize at all. However, the navy with yellow is my favorite color combination (well, one of them, anyway), and I like the ribbon. If you wanted to redesign the West Point cadet uniform for a woman, this is what you'd come up with. I'm digging the military vibe. I also just think this is an extremely versatile cardigan: obviously you could wear it with jeans and it would be a great look, but I could also see this with a loose skirt, or even over the girliest sundress.
